Tom Walsh
Founding Partner
Tom is a seasoned entrepreneur with four decades of company-building experience across technology, real estate, and consumer sectors. After executive roles at American Express, he founded and scaled Image Technology Specialists into New England’s leading tech services firm — ultimately acquired by Xerox Corporation. He has since launched and exited multiple ventures, including KSA Realty, Trinity Home Builders, and Town Market.
As a co-founder of Mount Nebo, Tom brings unmatched operational depth and investment acumen to the table. Based in the U.S., he is the primary point of contact for Mount Nebo’s investor community and a key bridge to North American markets. He actively leverages his entrepreneurial experience to support founders in navigating growth, strategy, and execution.
Tom also co-founded Talent Brands Group and serves on the boards of several non-profits in Greater Boston.
